footballsns Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

These terms govern your use of the footballsns app, operated by the footballsns operator ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them.

2. Your account

  1. You can browse without an account. Posting, commenting and liking require one.
  2. Accounts are created only through Sign in with Apple. We receive an anonymous identifier from Apple — never your name, email address or phone number.
  3. You must be 13 or older. We do not collect your age or date of birth.
  4. Your handle and display name are fixed when you sign up and cannot be changed afterwards, so that people stay identifiable when they are reported or blocked.

3. What you may not do

  1. Break the law, or act against public order and decency.
  2. Harass, threaten, defame or direct discriminatory abuse at other users, players, clubs, referees or anyone else.
  3. Post violent or sexual content, or encourage either.
  4. Impersonate anyone.
  5. Infringe copyright, trade marks or other intellectual property — this includes posting other people's photographs without permission.
  6. Send spam, advertising, solicitations, or anything fraudulent.
  7. Disrupt the service, gain unauthorised access, or hammer it with automated requests.
  8. Anything else we reasonably consider inappropriate.

4. Content you post

  1. You keep the rights to what you post.
  2. You grant us a free licence to display and distribute your content, to the extent needed to run the app.
  3. You confirm you hold the rights needed to post it.

5. Reports and enforcement

  1. We accept reports from users and review them within 24 hours.
  2. We may hide or delete content that breaches these terms, without notice.
  3. Content that attracts several reports may be hidden automatically until a person has reviewed it.
  4. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms repeatedly, without notice.
  5. You can block other users. You will not see their posts or comments, and they will not see yours.

6. Premium

  1. We offer Premium, an auto-renewing subscription.
  2. The price and what it includes are shown on the purchase screen.
  3. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
  4. You can cancel any time in your App Store account settings.
  5. Payment is handled by Apple. Refunds are at Apple's discretion.

7. Deleting your account

  1. You can delete your account from the settings screen at any time.
  2. Your profile and the link to your Apple ID are destroyed immediately.
  3. Signing in again with the same Apple ID creates a new, separate account.

8. Disclaimers

  1. We are not responsible for the accuracy or legality of what users post.
  2. Except where we have acted with intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for loss arising from interruption, suspension, termination or change of the service.
  3. This app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any football club, league or governing body.

9. Changes

We may change these terms. The revised terms take effect when shown in the app.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The district court with jurisdiction over our registered address has exclusive jurisdiction of first instance over any dispute. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
